About me
Psychodynamic Counsellor
in Colchester and Ipswich
I am a qualified psychodynamic counsellor and mental health worker with a wealth of experience in supporting individuals and families impacted by mental health difficulties.
In the last ten years, I volunteered and worked for a number of local charities, including Mind, Open Road and St Helena Hospice, as well as in the NHS as a couple counsellor for depression and assistant psychologist.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I adhere to their ethical framework. I attend regular supervision and continuing professional development (CPD) events to ensure high standards of practice and care.
Committed to my clients, as well as to my ongoing development as a counsellor and human being, I appreciate the importance of sitting in the other chair, so I engaged in personal therapy for a number of years before, during and after my counselling training.
