Psychodynamic Counselling and Couple's Therapy
If you decide to try counselling with me, you will be offered an initial appointment to discuss what brings you/you and your partner to therapy, and what your current therapeutic goals are. This first session lasts 50 minutes and will give us a sense of what working together might be like. After this, you are invited to reflect on our meeting and then contact me to let me know if you want to proceed with weekly sessions. If you choose to continue, we will be working with an ending in mind, but you are welcome to attend as many sessions as you need, for as long as you want.
Psychodynamic Counselling
I work from both Colchester and Ipswich and I offer weekly face-to-face psychodynamic counselling to adults and young adults.
All sessions take place weekly at the same time every week. I also have some availability for online and telephone therapy if you prefer one of these options.
I hold a limited number of spaces for clients on low income/ in receipt of benefits who might qualify for a concession fee.

Workshops & Training
I have experience working with couples and/or intimate partner issues in both in-person and online settings. I aim to help you and your partner understand the contribution each of you makes to
the dynamics of your relationship in order to break out of unhelpful relational habits/patterns and create positive, long-lasting change.
I specialise in supporting couples impacted by ADHD and ADHD-presenting traits.
Fee: £75/session (50 mins)

Having worked in an NHS autism diagnosis service, as well as in private practice, I developed a strong interest in supporting neurodivergent clients and their relationships. I am a big promotor of neurodiversity and neuro-inclusivity, and I work closely with an ADHD coach and people with lived experience to create and deliver workshops on a variety of ADHD-related topics, including ADHD in the workplace, ADHD in relationships, couples and ADHD.
